This Privacy Policy explains how Souneo Music LLC (“Souneo”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the Souneo Audio website and the inRadium plugin (together, the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to the practices described here.

Information We Collect
Account information
When you sign up, we collect your email address and a password (stored only in a securely hashed form — we never store it in plain text). You may optionally provide a display name.
Payment information
Payments and subscriptions are processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card number — Stripe handles your card data directly under its own security standards. We store payment-related identifiers (such as your Stripe customer and subscription IDs) and may store limited details like the card brand and last four digits to display your saved payment method.
Audio and content you provide
The inRadium plugin works with audio you record or load as a reference. To generate instrument parts, your reference audio and any text prompts you enter are sent to our processing servers and trusted third-party AI providers, which return the generated audio to you. We use this content to provide the Service and do not use it to identify you.
Usage and technical data
- Device & security identifiers: when you sign in through the plugin, we record a device/machine identifier, the plugin version, and login session records (which can be revoked at any time) to keep your account secure and enforce per-device limits.
- IP address: we log the IP address used for sign-up, sign-in, and contact submissions. We use it for security, fraud and abuse prevention, and rate-limiting. Sign-up and contact IP logs are retained only for a short period (around 15 days) for these purposes.
- Activity: credit balances, generation/usage records, and similar operational data needed to run the Service.
- Browser data: basic technical details such as browser type and, for essential login functionality, session cookies.
Communications
If you contact us through the website form or by email, we collect the name, email address, and message you provide so we can respond.
How We Use Your Information
- To create and manage your account and authenticate sign-ins;
- To provide the Service — generating instrument parts, managing credits, subscriptions, and downloads;
- To process payments and send transactional emails (verification, password reset, receipts, and account notices);
- To keep the Service secure — preventing fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access, and enforcing usage limits;
- To respond to your enquiries and provide support;
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.
How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:
- Service providers who help us operate the Service — for example payment processing (Stripe), AI audio generation, email delivery, and hosting infrastructure — and only to the extent needed to perform their function;
- Legal and safety recipients, where required by law or to protect the rights, safety, and property of Souneo, our users, or the public;
- Business transfers — if Souneo is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
Cookies and Embedded Content
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to operate core features. Some pages may include embedded media (such as a demo video hosted on YouTube or Vimeo); those providers may set their own cookies and collect data under their own privacy policies when you interact with that content.
Data Retention
We keep account information for as long as your account is active. Security logs such as IP records are kept only for the limited period needed for abuse prevention (around 15 days for sign-up and contact logs). We retain payment and tax records for as long as required by law. You may request deletion of your account as described below.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including hashed passwords, encrypted payment handling through Stripe, and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data and respond promptly to any issues.
Your Rights and Choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights — or to delete your account — please contact us using the details below. We will respond within the time required by applicable law.
International Users
Souneo Music LLC is based in the United States, and your information may be processed in the United States or other countries where we or our service providers operate. By using the Service, you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed in these locations.
Children’s Privacy
The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 where applicable), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to This Policy
